Dead Whisky Society Profile

The Dead Whisky Society was set up by Dundee entrepreneur Laura Greig Conway, with the intention of only bottling whiskies from closed distilleries. It has released five single cask bottlings to-date, including whiskies from Banff, Dallas Dhu, Caledonian and Cambus distilleries. 

Dead Whisky Society History

The company was founded in November 2002 and the first bottling, a 1975 Dallas Dhu, was bottled the following year in 2003.

Two releases from Banff followed in 2006 and 2008, while single grain bottlings from Caledonian and Cambus distilleries were launched in 2011.

The company is currently listed as dormant.
