Pebble Beach History

Lombard Brands, owned by the Isle of Man-based Lombard-Chibnall family, is not a well-known blending and bottling concern but has been in business for over 300 years.

Pebble Beach arrived in 2001 alongside Driftwood and Tidal Ebb to form the Distillation Malts series, but was withdrawn the following year. The rest of the range was discontiued in 2013 and while Tidal Ebb is no longer available, Drfitwood was repackaged and relaunched as a solo brand.

Lombard Brands also produced a limited edition 12-year-old Speyside single malt under the same name for California’s Pebble Beach Golf Club in 2007.
