Blended Scotch Whisky

Single malt and grain whiskies from Highland Park, Glenrothes, Glengoyne, Port Dundas and Cameronbridge go into this Sherried blend from independent bottler Murray McDavid. Each component has been matured exclusively in ex-Sherry casks, befoe being vatted together and finished further in ex-Sherry at the bottler’s warehouses at the old Coleburn distillery in Elgin.

Òrdha Meas is non-chill-filtered and bottled as a 12-year-old at 46% abv.

Òrdha Meas History

Òrdha Meas was introduced in 2015 as a limited edition blended Scotch as part of Murray McDavid’s new Crafted Blend series. The bottler had been acquired by whisky broker Aceo in 2013, which sought to revamp Murray McDavid’s portfolio with a slew of new offerings.
