Head on to The Crypt at Metropolitan Cathedral in Liverpool on 5 September for this year's Liverpool Whisky Festival, which is rapidly becoming one of the UK's most established whisky events.
Now in its fifth year, the Liverpool Whisky Festival returns to the brooding crypt to flood its arches with whisky from Scotland and the rest of the world.
Tickets entitle visitors to sample whiskies from the many exhibitors filling the main hall; a Glencairn tasting glass; a bottle of water and a festival guide.
A selection of Under the Counter drams will be available in return for special tokens, more details on which will be announced shortly. A series of Masterclasses led by some of the best whisky experts in the field will take place, a full line-up of which is to be announced soon.
Visitors happening upon their favourite whiskies at the show will have the opportunity to purchase a bottle at the festival shop, run by The Whisky Exchange.
