Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival

Whether you are a whisky connoisseur or just curious about what makes malt whisky so special, the annual Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival in May is an event not to be missed. Taking place in Speyside, there are hundreds of whisky-inspired events to be enjoyed over the course of the Festival. This region, known as 'Malt Whisky Country', boasts the highest concentration of distilleries in Scotland and can be found on the banks of the River Spey.
