Bankell distillery

Lowland single malt Scotch whisky

The precise location of the Stirlingshire, now Dunbartonshire, distillery is unknown but Bankell House and Bankell farm still exist today.

Both are east of Craigmaddie Burn and west of the Craigmaddie and Mugdock reservoirs – both created long after the distillery vanished.
