Founded in 1965 as a wine and spirits merchant, Big-Market has evolved more toward whisky in recent years. Its first bottling was a 1965 Macallan for its 30th anniversary in 1995, and while releases have been sporadic, further bottlings have been made to mark the retailer’s anniversaries.
