Bught distillery

Speyside single malt Scotch whisky

Bught was one of many small distilling operations that closed within a year of obtaining a licence.

The distillery likely sat near Bught Road, on the River Ness’s west bank. It would have taken its water from the Ness beside Whin Island, just upriver from Inverness proper.
