A lost Ayrshire distillery at Irvine, licensed in the early 19th century.
Beith distillery sat beside or near Threepwood Road, just north-east of Beith. Several nearby streams and rivulets could have supplied water to the site.
Beith distillery, like many newly-licensed distilleries at the time, lived a short existence. It was opened and closed in 1798 under Thomas Fleeming.
