Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This is probably a mis-spelling of Duntanlich, today two farms west of Pitlochry on the southern shore of Loch Tummel beside the road to Foss.
Wester Duntanlich and Mains of Duntanlich are still on current maps. The famous Queen's View, one of Scotland's best-known beauty spots, is barely half-a-mile away on the north shore of Loch Tummel.
Both Duntanlich farms have burns flowing past down to Loch Tummel, so there is every likelihood Duntanlich/Duntanloch distillery stood here.
The distillery was operating in 1816-17 but the name of the distiller/licensee is unknown.
- 1816-17 Distillery operating. Closure date unknown.
