Fairney Glen distillery

Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Most likely Fairney Glen distillery stood near Fairney Hill, just west of Fraserburgh in Aberdeen's most north-east corner. It probably sat between the A98 Watermill Road and the B9031 road to Sandhaven, beside a burn which flows into the North Sea.

The area is now an industrial estate. There’s no ‘glen’ to be found, but the name was doubtless chosen as it sounded better.
