The Organic Spirits Company is based in Bramley, Surrey, and offers a range of gin, vodka, rum and whisky. Its principal Scotch whisky is Highland Harvest Organic, a blend distilled from organic barley, certified by the Soil Association. The company also offers a Highland Harvest Organic Sauternes Finish Cask 469. This is an organic single-cask single malt from an unspecified Lowland distillery, matured in cask 469, which formerly held Sauternes dessert wine.
The Organic Spirits Company History
London & Scottish International Ltd was first incorporated in 1994, and the initial products from The Organic Spirits Company were launched in 1999. These included Juniper Green Organic Gin – the world’s first organic gin – and in 2007 the company received a Royal Warrant from HRH The Prince of Wales.
CEO Chris Parker has been involved in the international distribution of London dry gin since 1979 and director Alex Parker joined the company in 2005 after a period spent introducing new brands to the UK on-trade.
